- MARYLAND CREEK PARK (at entrance to neighborhood): Dog Park, Disc Golf, Sledding Hill, Multi-use Trail system, Warming Hut, Pavilion, Open Fields.
- SUMMIT SKY RANCH LAKE HOUSE on private 20 acre Lake Everist with BYO BOAT/SUP, HOT TUBS, and BYOB (no glass).

- The Dark Sky OBSERVATORY visible from the house with viewing in the Aspen House coming soon (we're told).
- WILDLIFE VIEWING Our yard has seen Fox, Eagle, Moose, Deer, Osprey and lots and lots of Chipmunks.

- RESERVATIONS require 50% deposit with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum age 25. Rental Agreement. No parties, events, smoking or animals are permitted.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the volatile nature of the resort rental business, we must process requests as such: Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival. Minor date changes are accommodated on an availability basis. There will be no refunds for reservations that include a National Holiday or due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions including storms, road conditions or airport delays and/or closures. You may purchase optional travel insurance that may help to cover loss due to unforeseen circumstances.
